American Capital Real Estate was formed to provide clients with choices when it comes to their real estate decisions.  An alternative to the traditional real estate service is offered by our company.  The approach is determined by the client's goals and corporate objectives.
 
Our founder has been working in the real estate industry since the late 1980's when she began her professional career working for one of the City of Buffalo's largest Central Business District Landlords, Ellicott Development Company.  Prior to forming her own company, Michelle worked as a Vice President of Ciminelli Development Company where she spent  ten years as a corporate real estate development executive.  Michelle is a licensed real estate broker and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which is one of the most prestigious internationally recognized real estate designations.  

Her public and private real estate development  experience includes development and management of urban and suburban real estate portfolio's in excess of ten million square feet; including office park development, sales and marketing, acquisitions, property management, economic development consulting, site selection, contract negotiations, lease audit and administration, financial analysis, systems creation for market research and reporting, monitoring compliance procedures, environmental compliance, client advisory services, RFP modeling, space utilization, public relations, bid contracts, annual budget analysis, asset management, site plan development, sales training, monitoring and implementation of programs relative to competitive analysis, industry trend analysis, deal structuring, dispositions and corporate branding.  Michelle received her Bachelor and Masters degrees from State University of New York College at Buffalo.
